What does “Core Rising” mean?

After Easter, with its profound message of resurrection, I wanted to explain the significance behind naming my business Core Rising. Collaborating with my brother-in-law, a talented branding consultant, we aimed to encapsulate the essence of empowerment and transformation.

Core signifies our innermost part. It serves as a reminder to stay true to your core which leads ultimately to pure fulfillment and purpose.

Rising embodies my coaching vision – empowering others to reach new heights of success and happiness. We envisioned a butterfly in our logo to symbolize the transformative journey my clients embark on. The sunrise, a metaphor for seizing daily opportunities and gaining fresh perspectives, further amplifies our message.

Through our candid conversations, we discovered that my core values are connection and transformation, which became the foundation of Core Rising. This name resonates deeply with who I am and what I aim to offer – guiding individuals to identify their values and align towards their aspirations with support, attention, love, and patience. Just as the sunrise signifies new beginnings, Core Rising Coaching is about reinvention, prioritizing what matters, and embracing personal growth.
